How it works
the album, page by page
The film
One picture, one page: cut out, a horn, a random rainbow, then the Herd. Voice with captions.
The flow
- Drop a picture (png, jpg, webp or the first frame of a gif, up to 6 MB). Our service shrinks it to 1024 px and cuts the subject out with a background-removal model that runs on our own server. No paid API sees your picture.
- The edge is cleaned. Small islands and holes go, the edge gets a 1 px feather and the old background colour is pulled out of it, so no halo is left.
- The horn goes on the head by itself. The eyes, or the top of the outline, give a point and a tilt (up to 35 degrees). One hand-drawn horn sits there at the same angle, sized from the head width. There is nothing to adjust.
- A random rainbow background goes behind. Press "Another background" as often as you like.
- The server draws the final picture from the cut and the background you saw, with the same code the page used for the preview, and pins it to IPFS. You cannot upload your own final: every Uni Pad picture is drawn by Uni Pad.
- You name it and press Launch. The service builds one transaction: pump.fun
create_v2with a fresh mint key, your optional dev buy, and the 0.02 SOL Uni Pad fee. It signs only with the mint key and hands it to your wallet. - Your wallet signs and the coin is live on pump.fun. Once the chain shows the mint and its pump curve with you as creator, it takes a slot in the Herd.
What you can trust
- You are the creator. Your wallet is the payer and the pump.fun creator. Creator fees are 100% yours; Uni Pad never touches them.
- The fee cannot be changed after signing. The mint key signs the whole message. If anything in it changes (the fee, the picture, the creator) that signature breaks and the transaction cannot land.
- This page checks before your wallet signs. Payer and creator must be your wallet; there must be exactly one fee of the advertised size to the treasury; only the pump.fun, token account, System and Compute Budget programs may appear; the metadata must be our render.
- The mint key is thrown away. It lives in memory between building and signing. If the transaction does not land in time, the address simply never appears.
- No custody. Uni Pad never holds your SOL or your tokens. There is no program of ours on chain: only pump.fun.
- No moderation is automatic. Pictures are not checked by a model. We can hide a coin from the Herd page; the coin itself stays on chain.
The Herd
Every coin that was built by the service and then seen on chain. Sorted by market cap from its pump curve (or its PumpSwap pool after migration); the biggest is pinned first in a gold frame. The rest sit in numbered slots in launch order. Nothing else: no rankings, no rewards.
